List
We did not want to leave you guessing about what
the mystery is regarding getting the job done:
The Roll out process is designed to allow everyone to adjust and learn while new features are being exposed or unlocked.
Planning Phase
1. Meet with GFX Account Manager to discuss options
2. Set up meeting with GFX Software Analyst
3. Decide on Modules and Features required
4. Set "Roll Out" stages (usually based on modules)
5. Agree on rough timeframe for each stage
6. Communicate final plan with internal staff
Modification Phase
1. Agree on modifications (match corporate style etc.)
2. Schedule modifications
3. Review and approve modifications
Execution Phase (per stage)
1. Review new process for this stage
2. Demo new process
3. Give users access time, to "play" with the clean system
4. Upload test data
5. Allow for user feedback and schedule further training
6. Upload/enter final data (or in case of additional modules repeat step 1-5 first)
Additional notes:
Your business will have unique processes and methods that could require additional features. Our software is built modular with a great "plugin" architecture. If you require additional tools, we would be able to develop and integrate them efficiently and cost effective.
Our Project Management Tool will help keep track of all the details, as well as allow for instant feedback and discussions to resolve any issues encountered during a stage of the implementation.
